Rules & Eligibility for the Promotion:
● The Sign Up Promotion (the “Promotion”), is open to Australian residents only. Each entrant must be at least 18 years old.
● Entrant must complete the sign up entry form (the “Entry Form”), which must be received by AXS during the Entry Period (defined below) in order to be eligible for entry. Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry only.
● A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded during the entry period beginning on 15 December 2023 through 15 March 2024 (the “Entry Period”). The prize is a $150 Amazon gift card (the “Prize”). There will be a total of three (3) prize drawings held: on 15 January 2024, on 15 February 2024 and on 15 March 2024 (each, a “Prize Draw”). The Entry Form must be received by AXS on or before 11:59 PM AEDT, on the day prior to each Prize Draw, in order to be entered for that Prize Draw. There will be one (1) Prize awarded per Prize Draw. Promotion entrants will only be eligible to win one (1) Prize but may have up to three (3) chances to win if the Entry Form is received by AXS before the first draw on 15 January 2024.
● Representatives of AXS may contact entrants to determine their eligibility, however, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of AXS, it does not mean they have been selected as a winner and they may not be awarded a Prize.
● Winners will be contacted by email to the email address provided in the Entry Form, shortly after each Prize Draw with further instructions on how to claim the Prize; failure to respond to the email message within the time period indicated in the email may result in disqualification, and in such case a re-draw for the Prize will be held.
● Prize must be accepted as awarded, and Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by or for which AXS shall be liable, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. By entering in the Promotion entrant forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless AXS and its related entities, and their respective agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, other related entities, and prize suppliers, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of the Prize awarded in this Promotion.
